Donna has been in the financial services industry since 1996 and was on the team when Mercator Financial officially opened their doors to the public in December of 1999. Donna is a visionary and one of her strengths is building branded events and strengthening client relationships. She has progressed through the firm as Receptionist, Administrative Processor, MFDA – Personal Administrative Assistant, served as Marketing and Events Coordinator for 11 years and in 2018 transitioned into an IIROC Personal Administrative Assistant.
Donna has the Canadian Investments Funds Operations Course and works closely with Financial Planner and IIROC Advisor Craig Robinson to ensure all administrative issues are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
Donna is married to Craig, they have two grown boys and a Chocolate Lab. Together they are starting to implement the strategies taught at the Mercator Retirement/Lifestyle Seminars and visualizing what their lives will be like in the next phase. Donna keeps busy with various opportunities that allows her to help people and fulfill her time with purpose. Donna is active in the community and formed a volunteer committee with like minded parents that promotes awareness for Type 1 diabetes, the group holds various events to raise funds for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). In her spare time Donna volunteers in the community, serves on the local CMHA board and works on personal ventures that can be enjoyed in her next phase of life. Together with her husband Donna enjoys watching movies, relaxing in her back yard in the summer and travelling to visit their sons.
Donna’s passion is people and she loves working with her Mercator Financial team members to build relationships. Donna is dedicated to the clients’ and “Team” of Mercator Financial and believes that when great minds and talent join together success is inevitable.
