Donna Gatzke

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Donna has been in the financial services industry since 1996 and was on the team when Mercator Financial officially opened to the public in December 1999.  Donna is a visionary, and one of her strengths is building branded events and strengthening client relationships. Donna is described by her peers to be kind, creative, fun, and extremely approachable. Donna is often commended for her people skills but has a lesser-known aptitude for computers. Donna has progressed through the firm as a Receptionist, Administrative Processor, served as Marketing and Events Coordinator for 11 years and in 2018 transitioned into a Personal Administrative Assistant role.

Donna has the Canadian Investment Funds Operations Course and works closely with Senior Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner and CIRO Advisor Craig Robinson to ensure all administrative issues are processed in a timely and efficient manner.

Donna is married with two grown boys and a Chocolate Lab. Together with her husband, Donna enjoys watching movies, relaxing in her backyard in the summer and travelling to visit their sons.

Donna’s passion is people, and she loves building relationships.
